A first look at Thor
Here is a picture of Chris Hemsworth as Thor in Paramount Pictures’ Marvel Comic book movie Thor. Slated for a 2011 release date.

According to Deadline Hollywood Justin Theroux Readying ‘Zoolander 2′ For Ben Stiller And Paramount. Rumors is that Will Ferrell will be replaced by Jonah Hill and no word yet if Owen Wilson will co-star though I wouldn’t see why not, Hanzel is still so hot now.
If you haven’t seen Zoolander yet you have to rent it. It’s over the top, absurd, silly and half retarded, but one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. While It’s not “smart” humor or anything like that it’s great fun. I can’t wait for another one. The first time I watched Zoolander I didn’t last 20 mins, but one night I gave it another chance (due to my brother talking me in to it) and now it’s probably one of the most quoted movies in my life. If you haven’t seen it please do yourself a favor and watch it. Just know it’s totally absurd going in to it and you will love every min of it. If you take it too serious you probably aren’t going to like it.
I’m pretty sure there’s a lot more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking. And I plan on finding out what that is.

Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps trailer (that’s Wall Street 2 btw)
Wall Street (the original) was a fuckin’ AMAZING movie! If you haven’t seen it run out to the mall right now and buy a copy and watch it instead of watching what-ever-the-fuck is on TV tonight. You will not be disappointed. We know Douglas is going to knock this out of the park as Gordon Gekko, my only apprehension about this flick so far is Shia LeBeouf being in it. Hey who knows though, this could be his breakout flick as a serious actor and not just “That kid from Transfomers”. Oh yeah and that cell phone fuckin RULES!!! Wish I could get one of those today, big is the new small, Cammy Diaz has one twice this size. (that’s an old SNL reference if you morons don’t get it).

I knew there was a reason I didn’t want to see this shitty movie. Not only is it shitty but it can kill you. According to News.Com.Au a dude died days after seeing this and his doctor blames the movie.

* “First death linked to Avatar”A 42-year-old Taiwanese man with a history of high blood pressure has died of a stroke likely triggered by over-excitement from watching the blockbuster Avatar in 3D, a doctor says.
The man, identified only by his surname Kuo, started to feel unwell during the screening earlier this month in the northern city of Hsinchu and was taken to hospital.
Mr Kuo, who suffered from hypertension, was unconscious when he arrived at the Nan Men General Hospital and a scan showed that his brain was haemorrhaging, emergency room doctor Peng Chin-chih said today.
“It’s likely that the over-excitement from watching the movie triggered his symptoms,” the doctor said.
Mr Kuo died 11 days later from the brain haemorrhage, and the China Times newspaper said it was the first death linked to watching James Cameron’s science-fiction epic Avatar.
Film blogging sites have reported complaints of headaches, dizziness, nausea and blurry eyesight from viewers of Avatar and other movies rich in 3D imagery.
So there you have it. If you haven’t seen this movie yet, don’t! If you have seen this movie in the last 11 days seek medical attention immediately. If you have seen this movie and liked it please leave my site and don’t come back because you’re clearly not my target audience and probably don’t get the jokes anyway ya unoriginal lemming.

The newly released movie poster for Tron Legacy. Looks like we will have to wait a year but if it’s anything like the first one it will be well worth it. Fuck in 3D too!! One of the things that made the original Tron so good was the dialog. Techies will agree it was mindblowing the amount of tech lingo that was peppered throughout this flick. I can’t see what current technology does to this flick. I’ll keep ya updated with posters, movie news, vids and pics as they come out. Because I’m a geek and heart and this is the shit!!

Here is the new trailer for Toy Story 3 coming out in June. These movies are good fun and kick the piss out of shit like Shrek and Ice Age and crap like that. Yeah it may be a kids movie and I may be a huge pussy for even posting any info about it, but hey we all have that little kid inside us (unless you are Michael Jackson or Roman Polanski, then you are inside a little kid but that’s a post for another day) and well the little kid inside me wants to see this movie!

District 9 sucked!!!
I just came home from seeing this movie and I gotta say “Well that sucked”. I have been looking forward to the movie for a while. Now I don’t give a fuck it you have seen it or not, but if not there will probably be a spoiler or two here so if you want to see this piece of shit and don’t want to know anything about it STOP READING.
Ok now if you made it to this second paragraph don’t go emailing me saying “wtf dude you spoiled the movie for me”.. You were warned.
So what did I not like you ask? Well just about everything. First off I’m so fuckin tired of the “Humans bad” “Fill in the blank.. good” shit. At least it wasn’t your run of the mill “White America bad” “Everything else under the sun good” shit, but that’s only because it didn’t take place in the good old USA. It’s your run of the mill, seen a million times, shit that Hollywood has been puking out forever. Aliens land, Government evil, Corporations evil, People evil, Aliens mis-understood crap.
The movie boils down to this: Aliens land, people don’t know what to do, put aliens in a slum type of camp (i.e. District 9) people treat aliens like shit for an hour or so. Then our main guy gets turned into a half alien and all the sudden we see life through the eyes of an alien. Of course there is the “realization moment” in the movie where our “hero” realizes it’s time to step up and help the aliens and at this very moment an alien he befriends realizes that he must help a human even though we have been treating them like shit for 20 years or so.
The movie can be summed up by this scene:
Man (who is slowly turning into an Alien and has alien hand) is trying to get his alien friend to the safety of the spaceship, being gunned down by the evil humans he turns to alien and says some cliche shit like “Go…. Just go… I’ll stay here and hold them off, get to your alien son he needs you”…. Ok if you haven’t rolled your eyes yet wait there is more. The alien looks back and replies “I’m not leaving you, we are doing this together”!!! WTF really?
Are we really this stupid? Do we really believe this shit. Yeah I know it’s a movie about aliens and you must suspend your disbelief, but come the fuck on now. Why do we eat up this “turn the other cheek” shit? And how often do we need these stories recycled and repeated ad nauseam?
This movie just plain sucked. It was violent for no reason other then being violent, gory because we are so desensitized it’s the only way for a director to get an emotion out of a zombie audience, and the beating down of humans we have seen far to often. Nothing happens after the first 15 minutes that you didn’t see coming for miles. After reading what people have said about it and other reviews I have to question: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU THINKING?! There is NOTHING new here. This isn’t a groundbreaking movie, it’s not a “deeper look into humanity”. I didn’t walk away thinking with a better perspective on how we treat people and things as humans. Honestly what was so special about this movie? If this is already on peoples top movie list for 2009 I fear the direction we are going with movies.
District 9 is out!!
District 9 came out today!!! Go check it out. From initial reports it’s fuckin’ good!! I will probably check it out Sunday night and report back. I hope it lives up to the hype. I’ve been wanting to see this movie since I first posted the trailer back in May, and a few more since then. If you do go see it how about posting up some comments? Let me know you people actually read this shit I post! It’s starting to get to me (as you noticed I have been slacking) and I think no one even gives a shit. Thankless fucks.

District 9 Teaser Trailer (No Blurred Face and English Subtitles)
I posted up this trailer last Saturday but it had a blurred face and no subtitles for the alien. I have to admit I like it that way better. But if you wanted to know what the alien looked like and what he was saying check out this one. Either way this movie looks like it’s going to kick ass!
